Recently had an issue with a new piece of gear. No fault of B&H photo at all. This issue was the manufacturer and yet, like the true professionals they are, they replaced the damaged item and got it to me the next day. I only write this post, not only to sing the praises of B&H photo, but because in a day and age where there are so many companies that say they value customer service, B&H actually delivers on that promise and as a result, have a customer for life.
